Brand Voice is a feature that enhances the quality of generated responses, making them more realistic and contextually relevant to your personal or professional brand. It allows users to create a personalized style for AI-generated comments and responses.

How to Create Brand Voice

Step 1: Access Brand Voice Section

  • Navigate to the Brand Voice section in Olly and go to Configuration Brand Voice Brand Voice Access

Step 2: Enter Personal & Professional Details

  • Provide details related to your personal or professional brand to customize responses Personal Details

Step 3: Add Professional Information

  • Enhance your Brand Voice by adding Professional Experience, Areas of Expertise, Industry Insights, and your Primary Industry
  • This ensures AI-generated responses align with your career, skills, and industry trends for more relevant and personalized interactions Professional Info

Step 4: Add Brand Information

  • Define your brand identity and strategy to ensure AI-generated responses reflect your brand's personality and positioning
  • Include Core Brand Identity (Name, Personality, Voice, Values), Market Position (Products/Services, Unique Selling Points), and Strategy & Vision (Unique Approach, Content Topics, Content Strategy) for a consistent and authentic brand presence Brand Info

Step 5: Generate Summary

  • After filling in all the details, click on "Generate Summary" before exiting
  • This will create a high-level summary of your profile based on the provided information, ensuring AI-generated responses are more precise, relevant, and aligned with your personal or professional brand Generate Summary

Step 6: Fetch & Enable Brand Voice

  • After generating the summary, go to the Olly extension and navigate to Brand Voice
  • Click on "Fetch Brand Voice" to pull in the latest summary
  • Finally, enable the Brand Voice feature to apply it to your AI-generated responses Enable Brand Voice

Credit System

Uses Credits

  • Generating a Brand Voice summary consumes 5 credits
  • Users get 20 free credits upon signup (allowing 4 summaries)
  • Additional credits can be purchased (100 credits for $1)

Improves AI Responses

  • The AI uses your Brand Voice summary to generate more natural, human-like comments
  • Works with Olly API and OpenAI integration

Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues during installation:

  • Make sure your Chrome browser is up to date
  • Try disabling other extensions temporarily to check for conflicts
  • Clear your browser cache and cookies, then restart Chrome
